Sun Palace opened its doors on August 28 in downtown Gilroy — a California bistro built around one simple idea: a place to gather and celebrate. Inside you'll find warm wood, hanging greenery, and our hand-painted sunset mural — the one that says “Meet Me At Sun Palace.”
Everything starts fresh: slow-fermented artisan sourdough baked for the table, Gilroy garlic roasted into our signature avocado toast, and a coffee blend we refined sip by sip with our barista before ever pouring the first cup.
Come for a slow breakfast, a long lunch, or bring the whole crew — the room was designed for it.
